Interesting article but is missing one KEY PIECE of information. One of the Doctors mentioned in the article Dr R Hauser, is a former CEO of Guidant before Boston Scientific purchased Guidant. So Dr Hauser has inside knowledge of the defibrillator market and manufacturing and design flaws.

Is this not relevant? Isn't the fact

It seems Dr Hauser wants his cake and eat it too. He was in charge when much of the technology was being developed and then charges the company with neglect.
