Judge hears arguments in Delphi-Appaloosa case

Lawyers for the Appaloosa Management LP hedge fund argued Friday that it had the right to abandon a $2.55 billion plan to invest in Troy-based Delphi Corp.

Why don't the lawyers go after the guy who got Delphi into trouble by falsifing the earnings. Seems to me he is in FRANCE counting his money.
We should bring Battengburg and company to trial. Lets start holding the real criminals responsible instead of going after some investment company that screwed up by trying to come up the money to help Delphi.
