not sure what all the rants r about i ordered this off groupon it arrived in days, disappointingly 2 bulbs were broken so i emailed and 3 days later 2 replacements were thru my door. im used to calgel which is amazing but i used this for first time as an amateur n couldnt believe how easy it was. its not the best quality gel out there but its ok and at £100 thats only 4 calgel manicures n its paid for itself!

my kit arrived and the lamp was faulty only two of the lampholders worked not all four. I have sent the unit back on their advice but now they say they did not receive it. This company is more trouble than it is worth.

Hi, unfortunately I just bought the deal from group on before seeing your comments. I put on the gel polish and it peeled off after two days. I rang and asked was I doing something wrong or is there a fault with their product for the rude girl to tell me just to follow the instructions online and that was it. Does anyone know how to do it properly so they will last?? And I'm a bit confused, she said to follow the right instructions but on the bottle it says millennium nails v and also uv colour coat so am I to follow instructions for v or uv gel polish? And might sound like a stupid question but what is the nail tip remover for?

I bought the Gellure kit last year. I absolutely love it! I received it under the stated delivery time with KGB deals and the service was fab as i wanted tips on doing a French polish so emailed them and within 5 minutes I had a response. So easy My nails have never looked so good and I wear it for over a fortnight. Mandy They have a deal running now on KGB national deals just started x

I recently received the kit through groupon and after some initial difficulty ordering on the site (because the code had not yet been activated) I was pleased to receive the product promptly. However... I was disappointed that no instructions with the product , the colours are nothing like as shown on website (they are super tacky in the aesthetic sense) and now the mo wipe finish has totally dried out and the bristles on the brush have glued together and snapped off!!! Just emailed them but not feeling very confident after what I've read on here. Wish I'd read it before purchase!! Really disappointed with this product.

WISH I had read all of these before going to them! Accidentally ordered the wrong type of polish, emailed to ask if they could be used in conjunction with my original products. Was told that would be fine. After using them they went awfully wrong and dyed my fingers! Am now having an argument with them about getting my money back as I'm out £65 for colours I can't use and would've sent back if I hadn't been told they'd be fine! Conveniently aren't now getting my emails asking to to complain to. Awful awful company, Trading Standards are getting my next call!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

In my experience this kit has ruined my nails! I bought it from Groupon and was expecting great things - including a '14 day manicure' as it promised.

After the polish taking hours to cure (!) and many attempts to perfect the technique I had a 'manicure'(if you can call it that) for a maximum of 48 hours.

Once on, it is then impossible to remove! Having bought numerous kinds of remover (designed for this stuff) it just wouldn't shift.

Having contacted Groupon and requesting a refund they told me that I'd need to return the goods to Millenium Nails.

I contacted Millenium Nails on the email address Groupon gave me - my 4 emails were ignored.

I called Millenium Nails and was greeted by an extremely rude and ignorant man.

I contact Groupon and explained the problem - they emailed them - but nothing.

I then called Millenium Nails again and spoke to a lady who informed me that Groupon had given me the wrong email address.

I then emailed Millenium Nails at the right email address and was told that as I tried the products that they would not accept a return and would not give me a refund.

IT IS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO HAVE A 'REASONABLE' AMOUNT OF TIME TO TEST A PRODUCT TO ENSURE IT'S:
A) Fit for Purpose
B) of suitable quality
C) As described

The products I received from them were none of the above.

These people feel above the law because they're trying to skirt around not giving their money back by saying 'once opened you can't return'. This is completely against your statutory rights.

I've been in contact with the managing director (Alan Carter). I've found him equally as unprofessional.

I'm now starting County Court proceedings to get my money back, plus cost of legal advice, interest and court fees.

I was just about to buy this and now I most definitely am not!! Thank you very much for your comments, you have saved me from the ridiculous mess around that you have all had. 2 of my friends were going to buy too! I shall make sure they don't after reading about the disgusting service and rubbish product! Thanks again :)
