That's gel extensions tho this site is about gel polishes and the rubbish products and bad attitude to customers by millennium nails! Nice video tho glad you're happy. But it's gel polish for me :-)

I bought the Gel set off Groupon was a tad worried after reading reviews BUT it was delivered the next day, everything was packed neatly in a box, all bottles were sealed, all colours were what I expected. Took me a while to work out how to put the bulbs in, emailed them and they responded within 24 hours.
Just done nails and they are great!:) there are instructions on the website on the news section.
If I get my nails done in a salon they only last a week as im not very careful, so if these last a week happy days i'll let you know.

I bought the kit back in September. Although it took a while to arrive, the kit itself is fantastic and the colours are really nice. So far I've done my own nails and a couple of volunteers. No complaints from anyone, it starts to flake a little after a week, but I think that's my application rather than the polish!! They dry instantly as well, so I'm not sure what is happening with others who aren't drying.
Very satisfied customer :-)

Purchased the gel polish deal through Groupon and have to say the quality is better than any other brand of gel polish I have tried and the customer service is excellent

Don't understand all the negative comments mine arrived in just under a week remember it is Christmas. All was well packed colours were a little different to what they looked on the website but then you would expect that but they were correct. Couldn't wait to try them out and had no problem applying or with the drying we are yet to see how long they last without chipping but for the money I paid it seems good value.

Mine hasn't arrived so im guessing i wont be able to wrap it up for christmas. I called them on thursday and the lady i spoke to didnt even want to take my order number when i offered it to her. She just said that it would be sent thursday or friday and then she hung up on me. Another company using groupon who are taking more orders than they can handle i guess...

So I bought this on Groupon in spite of the negative reviews as I was tired of shelling out £50 for gel mani and pedi. It took 4 working days to be delivered, I opened the package and everything was intact. All the bulbs worked and the colours were exactly as I had ordered.
I went on to try the kit and I have to say - WOW was I impressed. It dried instantly and the opaqueness of the polish was of good quality. I would definitely recommend the gel kit as it seems that Millenium Nails have improved both their customer service and the quality of their products.

does anyone know how to put the bulbs in the lamp? No instructions at all

#74 Dec 26, 2012
Hi all.
Sorry to hear so many negative rewiews, its certainly sounds discouraging however I just want to say that we ordered the kit on groupon.. it arrived after a few days . We ( my step daughter who is a nail technician) tried the colours on me to check the quality.
Must say she did a good job, it dried nicely under the UV lamp.
Day 8 and the nails are still looking and feeling good. I think that if you paint over the cuticles it can lift a bit so try to stay away from them. I am checking to see how long they last, hopefully 2 weeks! I shall keep you informed. Ps. No chips as yet.

Hi Helen did you use the cleanser afterwards to wipe off the greasy excess, i did exactly the same at first kept having to put my nails under the UV but then used the cleanser and it was fine. I must say i have been put of from buying more colours of them but love the product itself, i just buy my nail colours of amazon and their much cheaper. Also another note is to buy the proper UV Gel remover rather than acetone it removes the gel much quicker.
when you say remove excess with cleanser is that after you put them under the lamp? I have been having trouble with the polish. It seems to slide down when drying so ends up patchy/lumpy. Any tips gratefully received.

So glad I found this thread, as I, like others above was going to place an order when the next groupon voucher arrived.

I thought I'd look at the website, and upon doing so did think it was a bit rubbish, cheap and not clear to navigate, and this prompted me to check reviews.

I'm sorry to all the people who have had to experience this sham.

I shall be sending this thread, and my comments to Groupon, the Trading Standards, and the BBC. maybe panorama will rat them out.

Well after reading all the reviews I am very confused - I am a qualifed Beauty Therapist and a qualified Nail Technician and have used Millennium products since 1999 . I have trained with many companies Millennium included . The key to using any product correctly is training , practice and preserverence - with the current deals on the Internet the public are privee to Salon quality products at prices even we professionals are astounded by . So they need to practice to be perfect !!!
I can honestly say I have never had a better product and it is so competivley priced - which is a big factor nowadays , just because a product has a big price tag does not mean it is better Believe me I know , I am a regular at the Millennium wholesale cash and carry in Gateshead and they are friendly , helpfull especially Ian who looks after everyone and always has something new on offer .
I know we all have different experiences especially online but I just had to put this out as I have always and many of my peers also have and still do have a great relationship with what I personally would say is a great Company with great products .
So think again Girls you got the deal of the century learn he to use it before you cry out

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for posting - was just about to buy but now I'm staying well clear!
obviously not a very good beauty therapist ( and u can not spell ) just because you have a qualification in beauty therapy does NOT mean you are a fantastic Nail Tech which you are obviously not after reading how you applied the products

I ordered my kit 29th oct 2012 and still have received nothin!! Emailed them Afew times and no reply!! Not happy at all I would rather my money back!!!

I still have not received my order placed on 13th december and have spoken to someone every day this week and nothing has been resolved. They claim to have delivered to my address but that is clearly not true and they have not provided me with any courier evidence. I was really looking forward to trying out their product but feel like i should complain to trading standards.
