Has anyone received their nail kit yet, i ordered mine on the 8th May and still not received anything, everytime i phone them they say i will receive it that week, still no luck, have sent 4 emails now and still no reply

Still waiting in my also, I ordered on 12th may and have sent various emails etc n got no reply either!

Finally received mine on thursday and have got to say it is fab. I ended up phoning again and they said they were all sent out on Wednesday (6/6/12) so hopefully you have yours by now, let me know what you think of it.

Awful experience. Took weeks to arrive, nail colours not what I had ordered. Very difficult to get in contact with. When you do get through, staff are rude and disorganised. Unprofessional shambles from start to finish. I wouldnt recommend this company as there are more professional sites with products that are as good if not better. Pity because the deal was good. Groupon as a company are unfortunately let down through association.

Yes i agree the company millenium were awful and mine took a month to arrive, they seemed to have an excuse everytime i phoned them, shame really as i would have liked to order other polishes from them but dont fancy dealing with them again. However i am satisfied with the product i received.

Well mine is terrible... Absolute rubbish! After 40 minutes of curing the nails under the lamp my nails still weren't dry!!! It took me about 3hours to do them and then they still weren't dry enough not too smudge!!! Phoned the company to see what I was doing wrong they said I was using too much product so did them again but it was no different and I had used so little polish this time it was almost see through!!! I should just leave my nails to the professionals !!!.... Very dissatisfied but a lesson learnt!!

I agree with all of the above. Milleniums customer service is very poor. I would like to purchase more nail colours as the products are quite good but I don't have enough confidence in the company to place an order that will arrive. What money they might have made on the groupon voucher will not be added to in repeat custom. Fools. Their loss.

AWFUL customer service. Ignored 3 of my complaints. Nail kit arrived a month later damaged. Had to send back and wait 3 weeks for a shoddy replacement. The gel is awful, peels straight away and the colours are nothing like what they look like. I ordered cream and it looks like 'smokers yellow'

DISGUSTING company, will never use again.

It is clear they want to make money quickly on groupon and have no interest in brand building. Better off getting something on ebay, cheaper and better. Avoid like the plague

Hi Helen did you use the cleanser afterwards to wipe off the greasy excess, i did exactly the same at first kept having to put my nails under the UV but then used the cleanser and it was fine. I must say i have been put of from buying more colours of them but love the product itself, i just buy my nail colours of amazon and their much cheaper. Also another note is to buy the proper UV Gel remover rather than acetone it removes the gel much quicker.

I ordered the nail kit from this company a few months back using groupon. The order arrived weeks late with the wrong colours. I tried many times to get through. Finally spoke to a kind lady who promised to send out the colours I had ordered and told me to keep the others for my inconvenience. Satisfied I waited and after a week no parcel. Rang up to enquire only to be put through to a 'man' who said he owned the company, he claimed I was a liar and that the lady who promised me the new colours was in the wrong. Then he told me that he never wanted my custom and that I had cost him money by wrongly ordering the product through groupon in the first place. Also that as I am from northern Ireland my product cost too much to send ( having worked in the post office as a student I know this is untrue- same royal mail postal costs apply within uk). He then went on a rant to say that I may as well have ordered from Cyprus and that he would do nothing to help the problem. Also that his company's offer was 'the most successful deal groupon ever issued' and that he doesn't need my custom. A total disaster from beginning to end. I urge people not to get involved with this money grabbing rude group and avoid the hassle. Take a look at their Facebook page and my story is not in isolation!

I got mine in a week. Instructions would have been good but they are fine. I used to get biosculpture done and peel them occasionaly, I wouldnt do that with these tho, they would take
a layer of nail off I reckon, day 6 and looking good.

I've done mine and 3 friends nails with this kit and they have all chipped within a week. I followed the instructions on the website and this has still happened.

I have had my kit for a few weeks it arrived in less than a week but no instructions and one of the colours was wrong.i am a little confused as it says no wipe finish but you do have to wipe with the cleanser or they remain sticky but I have found my nails go flat and not very shiny .i think in future I will buy all the products from boots as they now do a good selection

I also ordered the first kit and took ages to come. Received two wrong colours and spoke to a man who said keep them and would send out right colours. After 4 emails and 5 phone messages I spoke to a lady (Yvonne) who was really rude and accused me of lying as that was not there 'company policy'! I am now experiencing problems with the gel drying up in the bottle, despite being kept in their boxes. Base, 1 colour and top coat now unuseable! Waste of money and customer service zero.

Me and my mum brought a groupon offer it took ages to come all the colours where wrong not even one was what we orderd, the colour on the box and the sticker and the actual gel are 3 different colours!!!!
I'm a beauty therapist and have been for 7 years and this product is discusting, it pealed after 3 days and even stayed wet under the top cost, after lifting even though it was dry when the top coat was applied, some if the colours had already been opened because the lids where covers in leaked colour, not happy, it's not even worth the discount I revived I would rather give the money away than to them

Received my order today after ordering on the 13th of September. I called & emailed numerous times & was fed story after story & eventually outright lies to try to place the blame on me. Fortunately I'd kept notes & copies of correspondence including names of persons spoken to & dates. They are a shambles at best but in my opinion dishonest rogue traders. I only received my purchase after emailing yesterday & stating that if not received today I would not only contact Grouping but also Trading Standards who investigated Groupon earlier in the year & made them change policies in March to try to improve their service & weed out unscrupulous partners such as Millennium Nails. Haven't even tried product yet but DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!
