What happens when Groupon doesn't deliver?

I purchased two items ($85 each) from Groupon.
They gave me the same tracking number for both items.
They didn't deliver one of them.
Now, I'm getting the run around from Groupon because the tracking says it was delivered - but only one of the items arrived.
It was the children's roller coaster, so it was VERY large.
I spoke to the UPS man and he said that there was only one box in that shipment.
Groupon has done nothing to help except send me 20 emails with the same tracking number in it and telling me to wait.
