I have received mine now, two months down the line and several hours spent on the phone and emails.

It arrived today, flat packed!!!!

You have to assemble a frame then attach the canvas yourself!

Where did it say on Groupon that it would take 2 months to come and you had to make it yourself? Groupon need to stop selling this or explain what really happens!

Also you cannot see a proof unless you pay 24.99 so enjoy your surprise when (if) it turns up!

Well- this is still going on - I ordered a heart montage in November and was told that there had been a scam with PayPal and to cancel and reorder- uploaded the photos in January and am still waiting for the canvas after numerous emails and assurance that it was at various stages of production. Don't go there !!!

I ordered a canvas 3weeks ago after about 10days i started to wonder where it was, i googled you frame and found this site....every comment i read was negative & i was gutted, i started panicing and started planning what complaints process i would follow. On the site it says can take up to 21days, so i had to be patient and wait. My beautiful canvas arrived today, it is better then i imagined & was delivered within 3weeks! So i have nothing but compliments for them :)

I thought I would post my comments on here as people are always willing to complain but hardly ever post positive feedback. I have used YouFrame on a number of occasions for both photo montages and word art canvases - probably bought 8 or so all through Groupon - and I haven't had a problem at all - always delivered within the given time frame. Maybe I have just been very lucky but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Took 3 months to get mine and 8 phone calls. They sent one after 2 months but it wasn't mine. Then sent one to wrong address. They have just responded to one of my emails with a sorry... 5 months later!!! Awful awful awful!

It is now August 2013 and You Frame are still in business, still selling on Groupon and still behaving in all the ways mentioned below.
I wish I'd checked reviews before buying.

I agree: YouFrame are appallingly incompetent.

I ordered three montages, with a copy of one of them. I have not received one of them, but have received someone else's instead! Two of the montages have come with the incorrect framing parts.

The customer services' phone line just keeps saying that they are busy and then cutting off, contrary to what they suggest on their automated email reply about answering "immediately".

The canvases are lovely, but I would never use this company again and nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

After several emails and phone calls I have been told it will arrive in the next few days.
I was on the brink of trying to cancel the order with Groupon. Just hope it's worth the wait!!!

I am another unhappy Youframe customer. Uploaded photos, and waited. When finaly received 2 months later, it was not my pictures!
I was told that mine would be done.
But then received email saying had deleted my images!
Have resent twice and heard nothing since May.
I have asked for refund.
Will update you on next installment of Youframe (more like Uselessframe).

I ordered a heart montage from you frame after purchasing a groupon deal. The first copy they sent had distorted picture so I emailed and got no response. I then found a number to ring and got through to a very helpful lady who gave me her own email address to correspond with her to. I told her I needed the correct print within that week as it was for a birthday present and it arrived in good time. For what I paid for the canvas I was more than pleased with end result after the initial set back. Would order from them again.

I'll add my name to a long list of. In-happy customers!! I had ordered a heart shape design made up of many family photos for my wife's 40th birthday.. Well that's been and gone, perhaps it will come in time for her 50th !!! This is the first time I've ever used groupon - and guess what.. It's the last. What a CON!

Well, add me to the long list of unhappy customers. Received my order from You Frame (via Groupon) this morning within the promised timeframe - but the print quality is awful! My poor son and his family have all got bright red faces and so has my 3 month old grandson on the second one! Absolutely disgraceful quality! Have emailed them, but am worried now after reading all these comments.:/

I thought I would add a positive review, as all the negative ones had caused me to worry unduly. I ordered a montage and sent in 100 pictures to make a 20x20 heart shape montage for my daughters 21st. My order went through with out any issue and was delivered in 10 working days as promised. The quality was excellent, the colours were good and the layout well thought out.
The construction of the frame was easy, I had watched the demonstration on ytube. Very happy with the service and quality.

I ordered the heart shape montage through a groupon deal for a friends 30th birthday and I was happy with the results.

Another friend saw it and also wanted one so I've just ordered a second using a 70% off voucher that came with the first one.

Paid a bit extra for priority, so hopefully everything will run smoothly again.

I'm sorry to hear others have had problems, but my experience so far has been good.

I have had 2 posters done by this company with the Groupon vouchers and am delighted with the results of both. Amazing value. All e mails processed, uploaded and done and final product received swiftly! I know this doesn't help others with issues but there is another side to this company.
