I went through Groupon and received the canvas next day delivery, well done to Groupon chasing it up BUT I will say it was only after I posted on the Groupon facebbok page as two private emails in the previous two weeks to Groupon were ignored! No one like bad publicity but it would be nice if Groupon stopped taking more sales until they are convinced YouFrame can meet the orders.

Another disgruntled customer here! Uploaded my pics on the 7th November for the large heart-shaped montage. Nothing yet despite 3 e-mails (stock reply received). Really annoyed at this delay. So much for 21 day delivery time!

I too have been banned from posting comments on their website and had all of my comments deleted. Tried sending an email to [email protected] as suggested by You-Frame themselves but absolutely nothing. Bunch of cowboys and frauds

I have had shocking service from You-frame - will NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. Just spent 34 mins waiting in a call queue to speak to someone. Messed up my orders twice and never replied to any of my emails. Groupon should stop using this company!

Very mixed views about You-frame. Had one successful order 18 months ago, so placed another order in November for delivery by Christmas. Not received goods, can't get through to anyone to speak about it. I'm cancelling the credit card payment

Ordered a canvas via Groupon in November. No canvas arrived, so have chased 4 times via mail with no response other than the automated mail saying you will get a response in the next couple of days, and tried the phone repeatedly but always engaged.

The most infuriating thing is that Groupon are clearly aware of the issues with this company, yet they have had at least 3 other offers advertised on Groupon in the last 2 months alone!

In Groupons defence, I use them regularly and this is the 1st time I have ever had any sort of problem, but why they insist on continuing to let this company promote offers when they are clearly unable to fulfil previous offers.

The service from You Frame is attrocious, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. I ordered a canvas back in November as a Christmas present for my husband and now it's showing the order is awaiting the images which were "successfully received" on 14th November. I was a fool and ordered 2 of these, one of them arrived and it's so bad it's going back to them, the second one they took the money but didnt process it - they are a nightmare to deal with - DO NOT do business with You Frame (unless you have alot of time on your hands to chase them)

great communications as they kept me up to date with my purchase along the way, i can only guess that out of the thousands of peaople who purchase you(s) have just been very unlucky

the promise of a beautiful heart montage for my daughter as a Christmas pressie - bought voucher from Groupon 6th Nov 2011.

Father Christmas has now been and gone and I am still waiting - they have sent me an e-mail saying ,my file did not download. they never answer their phone

Please please do niot use this company.

I am really happy for you that you got such good service and obviously taking the opportunity to post it here on Topix, but take the time to read the many comments here and on their Facebook page and you will see you are a very rare minority. You are a lucky one as from what I can read we are dealing with a truly apalling company with atrocious customer service. Again I am happy for you but we are not a few 'Unlucky' souls as you elude to. I still await a November order and have had to resubmit all my photos for a second time. Heartbreaking

Hi all, I also ordered a heart montage on December 7th. I had an email off them saying it had gone to print and will be with me as soon as possible. Well the days went by and I never had anymore communication from them and no product. I have sent numerous emails then about 2 weeks ago I had an email off them saying that the postage payment I made through PayPal for £6.95 has been paid into a fraudulent account and I need to request it back from them, it also stated that PayPal and police are aware of the fraudulent accounts. So I contacted PayPal and they emailed back saying the payment was paid to you-frame and it has gone through....... Strange, I do not believe that you-frame are victims of fraud and why this wasn't spotted sooner. After several emails and phone calls to them and having no response I am fuming!!!!! Anyone else had an email about fraudulent account?

Yet another fed up 'customer' of You-Frame.
Ordered a 30 X 30 montage, which, when it arrived a weeks later bore no resemblance whatsoever to those pictured on You-Frame's website.
After a long wait the phone was answered and Gemma Day at You-frame was initially very helpful. I subsequently received an e-mail saying that they had altered the style of the prints! Shame they forgot to update their website! Also offered to send me a replacement printed correctly - that was on 27/11/12.
To date nothing - the best advice is to just avoid this company. Groupon likewise should wake up and smell the coffee when it comes to rubbish outfits like this lot. For what its worth

Another unhappy cusotmer to add to this list.

I placed my order on 30th December, cannot get through, had no order confirmation, heard nothing. Have just sent my second email. This is the 5th consecutive day where I have tried calling them repeatedly.

Very disappointed as this was for my friends 40th Birthday. I will not be using Groupon again either as whoever advertises on there does not seem to be able to cope with the workload it generates!

I ordered one and had a similar experience, kept emailing and it was months before delivery.

It did arrive in the end though and it's of decent quality - hangs proudly in our front room.

Not great service, but hopefully you will all get yours.

Oh dear... I'm having same problem - I have sent them several emails since 24th Jan, been hanging on the phone for 15 mins first time then 25 mins second day. Groupon did eventually refund one of my vouchers as they weren't responding and it was near expiry date. WHY OH WHY are groupon still using them - its obviously been going on since 2011!. Must say I have used groupon for lots of things and this is the first problem I have had. Only hope I get it for fathers day in June.! Good idea contacting the credit card company tho to get a refund!

I am replying to a post from 2011 - I purchased two heart montages from You-Frame in September 2012 via a Groupon offer - of course I did not receive them !!!!!! I eventually received a refund from Groupon but they have said that I need to claim a refund for the postage from You-Frame. Of course I won't get it !!! They do not answer any emails !! What I am absolutely shocked at is that this Company has been trading in this manner for so long on getting away with it !!! Lesson learned .......... check reviews BEFORE making purchases !!!

Have been waiting 5 months for my You-Frame order. Received a refund from Groupon a couple of weeks ago but now have to fight You-Frame for a refund of the postage I paid. Not holding out any hope of that !!
I am absolutely drained of energy from sending You-Frame & Groupon emails. You-Frame do not reply and I kept getting replies from Groupon saying things like 'have we answered your question?'........ NO YOU DID NOT YOU T***S !!!!!!!
Lesson learned - read reviews before purchasing !!!!!
How on earth is this COmpany still trading ??????????
