I purchased a groupon voucher. Having problems with the code as it is not taking off the orrect discount. Youframe said they reset the code. The code is still not reset. After reading all these I have asked groupon there for a refund I'm not wasting anymore time on these people.

I ordered on the 25th of July and I'm still waiting. After 3 emails I finally got a response

I have checked the status of your order and can see that your montage has been created and is in the queue waiting to be printed. We do apologise for the delay but your order should be despatched within the next 5 working days.

Has anyone had any success getting through to anyone at you frame?? Ive sent 3 emails already because there seems to be no phone number on their website! any suggestions on what we can do?

Ordered mine
They left it outside for two weeks in the rain because I was away
It's all wet
They put the wrong photos
I have to build it myself!
Millions of unreturned emails and calls!!!

Anything we could do?

Same here ordered in June - many e-mails and phone calls later - still not arrived. I will be taking this up with Groupon and trading standards.

I suggest yu do the same

There appears to be a lot of negative comments so felt that i should comment to say that I ordered & received the print within the expected timeframe - I am very pleased with the service received & the results - I anticipate that the 2nd print ordered will be dealt with & delivered in the same standard & timely fashion.

Disaster of a company... Paid for 2 & wanted one for my mothers80th birthday. So I spent hours in attic with mother getting photos out of album, then paid a company to scan them, then uploaded onto you-frame web and 4 months later it arrived after trillions of phone calls & emails. Print was incorrect and so small I could not even c picture. So they said they would reprint as it was there fault & my mothers birthday was 13nov and nothing. I ordered this print in July and they promised me I would have it 2nd time round for her. All the trouble I went to, hours spent and my mother is prob thinking she is getting something with the pictures on it for Xmas as she didn't get it for her birthday but it is in the bin. I got a refund of Groupon after a long battle and you-frame emailed me after that to c what the problem was... Imagine what she was told.........

Am so raging I didn't see this before buying Groupon. I ordered one on 03/12 expecting it to give to my Mum as a Christmas present.....from what I'm reading here I've got 2 chances :(

We just recieved two large canvases that we ordered at the start of november, they were a bit late but fantastic and a huge amount of work went into them, one was a collage with about 900 photos I have never seen any other company provide this And we recieved many compliments about it, I know there has been many negative comments but I have to say I am delighted

Also so so sorry I didn't see these reviews before I ordered. I purchased a voucher from Groupon on 3/12 based on their statement in their promotion of the You Frame voucher - "Order by the 8th of December, and you should receive delivery before Christmas". I ordered on 3/12. No sign of an email from You Frame saying it has been shipped. I have sent numerous emails to You Frame and have tried telephoning them to find out status but am just left holding for yonks! Have telephoned Groupon and emailed them and to date they have not intervened or assisted me in any way whatsoever. I will let you know how it goes but am not impressed with either company and will never use either again if the Montage does not arrive for Christmas as promised. BUYER BEWARE!

So glad in some ways to have found this site. Comforting to know others are experiencing the same problems as me. Ordered a montage in November - no response from You Frame. Cannot get through on help line, permanently engaged as if phone is taken off the hook. Email just results in a standard message, no response in the 3 day time slot they promise. looks like there is no chance of arriving before Christmas - one very diappointed child. Customer service is a disgrace and I cannot believe that Groupon are still advertising this company in good faith.

Well what a load of poo. Ordered mine on the 8th Sept and finally got it through on the 8th Dec.
I had to threaten the company in order for them to acknowledge my emails and calls.
Finally someone did give me the customer service i deserve but unfortunately regardless of the several proofs i had amended, the canvas came to me and its very poor. I ordered the 30x40 and uploaded 552 pictures, many have been discoloured at print, many are blurred and unable to identify the person in the picture and as for heart shaped mine looks like a knife slice the left edge off :(30 canvas,5.95 proof and 6.95 postage......this is really a company to steer clear of as they didn't learn with the first lot of groupons and they won't learn with this second batch either. Poorly rated, please see their facebook page to confirm unhappy customer reviews although you won't find many past ones as they get deleted as quickly as they are written!!

Yip, they are an absolute disgrace. Ordered beginning of November as christmas gifts as nothing. Wont reply to emails, or phone calls. Bunch of thieves!

I managed to get a full refund on my postage and proof from youframe and then Groupon refunded me my 30 & i have a free canvas now on my wall.
I don't care who runs the company or who works for them but lets hope they are another company who liquidates quickly for the sake of all others!!

Wish I had seen this before I ordered!!! my experience is much the same as everyone else on here! thought it was just because it was Christmas and they we're busy?? it appears not?! Companies like groupon & Wowcher should really check the companies they use before recommending them!! I best start the long battle of trying for a re-fund!! Thanks You-Frame!!! what a joke ov a company you are!

I am now three months on the phone and email with You Frame for Christmas gifts and an engagement gift. Both offered on 'Montage' style canvas prints in August. Spent weeks compiling the amount of photo's requested for each montage. They have neither replied to my emails (multiples of) and I have been kept waiting (from Ireland) on their telephone system 12 times with times ranging from 4 minutes to 41 minutes today. Is there any way we can stop this apalling service through 'Groupon'

Found that our friends You-Frame have a facebook page so I posted the link to this forum on it, to warn off other people. It was removed within an hour. Might be too busy to answer the phones but certainly don't want the bad press. Although plenty of folks posting the same complaints, albeit milder, on their facebook page.
