There is an offer on Groupon today for a personalised canvas print from You Frame, this deal has been on before as I bought it in June and ordered at the beginning of July,after 2 emails and 19 phone calls I still do not have my print that I paid groupon for over 2 months ago, Groupon do not care either, they said to go to you frame if I have any problems.
What makes all this worse is the deal today has already sold over 4000 so good luck all you people who have bought today.

I've had a similiar experience with You Frame. Placed my order at the beginning of July and expected delivery within 21 working days. Sent 3 emails which came back as follows:
"RECENT SPAM ATTACK UPDATE

We recently experienced a severe spam attack on our mail servers.

This has caused major problems with our email and delays replying to legimate emails.

We are introducing a new system to prevent this happening again.

If you have emailed us, you will receive a reply but please bare with us."

I phoned You Frame 5 times and was successful on the 6th call. The 'Customer Care Dept' and I use that term very loosely, was able to trace my order & advised that my order had been automatically upgraded to urgent and I should be despatched in a couple of days - I've received nothing.
I've just tried to email You Frame today 30/8/11
here is the response

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed."

I feel that both Groupon & You Frame are irresponsible & this deal should be withdrawn immediately.
Fortunately I paid by credit card and if I don't receive my canvas by the end of the week I will be seeking a refund.

First photo print ordered in May and arrived in July, late but still good value for money with Groupon, I orderd another, big mistake, still waiting for goods, over 2 months now. YouFrame state on their emails that they are 'Europe's Leading Photo Canvas Production Company' I think that Trading Standards should be made aware of such false statements

I had the same problem, finally after nearly 2 months the frame turned up - well pleased with it but will never order this again!

Me too - ordered on 18th Aug and despite a couple of emails from You Frame saying it will be shipped the next week (3 wks ago now) I've yet to receive anything. They've now stopped responding to my emails, so have asked Groupon for a refund for the subsequent 2 You Frame vouchers I bought and they appear to be refusing due to the fact that I bought the vouchers over 7 days ago. I've highlighted that continuing to sell the offer is irresponsible if they can't meet demand, and they've just 'clarified' to me why they put the offer out there - because there was a demand for it and sometimes the response can overwhelm the partner! What?!

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Paid for my groupon, ordered my canvas last August. Haven't received anything despite my efforts with you frame. Maybe this scam should be reported to watchdog to protect other people from buying this groupon.

I too purchased a canvas from U Frame on 8 August and still no sign of it despite being told my order had been upgraded to urgent and I would receive it within 7 working days - that was over a month ago. I have sent follow up emails but no response. The deal was too good to be true.

I ordered my Cavas at the beginning of July and still have not recieved it. I have communicated with both You Frame - who promised my canvas had been set to urgent and it would be produced with 5 days and dispatched (beginning of september) and Groupon who "understand my frustration but the company have been overwhelmed by orders"...

I am very disappointed as it is now a VERY late gift for someone and neither Groupon nor You Frame are taking any responsibility.

Never again.

I ordered a print from UK Canvas (also uses the name Balmer Media) via Groupon on 17th July. Still not received it. Groupon unhelpful. Trading Standards will be my next step.

Same issue for me with a GROUPON voucher code. Unable to contact by phone. Sent an E-Mail and they did reply after 5 days saying they would send as soon as possible. Initial order was on 26th September, they E-Mailed back on 26th October saying 14 days max to delivery. Funny thing was they sent me an E-Mail with a 75% discount code and 14 day delivery, they must have a sense of humour.I will post back when the 14 days are up.

I have also emailed and written to you-frame re canvas print ordered and paid for in August this time I threatened them with trading standards but to no avail so far so I guess Trading Standards it is to be.

I ordered mine on the 1st of May and STILL haven't received it!!!!! It's disgraceful that Groupon have put it up so many times since!!! I've stopped buying groupon vouchers that involve ordering a product from the Internet as they never seem to materialise!!!

Does anyone know of someone who actually GOT their print? I ordered mine end of August and still nothing. They have ignored all of my emails and never answer their phone. Its horrendous. And I actually have another voucher to use - what is the point of throwing good money after bad :(

Same. Ordered end of July. Had the initial response saying my order had been upgraded, be with my in 7 days, bla, bla, bla. 4th Nov, still not arrived.

I ordered canvases from both UK Canvas and YouFrame via Groupon in July.

After constant emails to them and Groupon, who did actually give me the option of cancelling and getting a refund after I'd sent them a number of very angry emails, I eventually got my You Frame canvases at the beginning of October. and the only reason I'm not more annoyed is that when they eventually came they were really nice

Still haven't received anything from UK canvas though- who I think are even worse then YouFrame. The one time they replied to my email they told me my order was being dispatched that day- that was over a month ok. Disgusting customer service.

Never buy canvases from groupon is the moral of this story.

God I wish I'd seen this before I ordered. Requested two prints on 29th August and nothing. No response to email. No answering the phone although I just sit and let it ring and ring. Absolutely appalling. I can feel Anne Robinson calling so perhaps I'll have a chat with her...
