Hi,

Just wanted to check if anyone out there purchased the rattan furniture set from P8SH via Groupon. If you did how long did you have to wait for it to be delivered, if it has been delivered?

The site states 5-10 days delivery but 21 days later my order status on their site is still sitting as payment accepted. I have sent a number of emails and have heard nothing back.

Dont do it! Extrememly rude customer services, no communications about delivery times etc. Not worth the money.

Hi Angela,

I did receive the furniture and love the product. I can't honestly remember how long it eventually took to come but I know I did send them a load of mails and even found their parent company and mailed them too (I'll see if I can dig out my e-mails with the parent company).

I just logged onto their site to see if I could find the date I received it but my order is still pending.

So in summary I did eventually receive the product and am very happy with it but the communication from the company was terrible.

Hi heather,
I know your question wasn't directed at me but the product is of very high quality.
I had no dealings with the company as they never responded to my mails. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive the product but was very happy when I did.

I purchased a P8sh corner sofa via Groupon. It arrived very quickly but was severely damaged. Nearly 3 weeks in and I still have the damaged furniture cluttering up my garage. I was offered a cover for it but that is hardly acceptable as the sofa is not useable so a free cover is no use. They have not responded to recent emails and every time I try to call it just goes straight to answer phone so I don't know where to go from here but not at all happy.

Awfully bad customer service spoke to me like crap !!! Order still not recived hope it comes not worth the hassle order off a company that wants your business ..........

Completely agree. DO NOT BOTHER. This company are appalling. No customer service and they lie. They claim to have received none of the numerous emails we had sent and we have been ringing constantly for over a week and it goes to answer phone (we have left messages) and they say they have been answering calls all week. Absolute disgrace.

What a load of rubbish! wish i had read these emails before making purchase, first we were told it could not be delivered because delivery company had smashed table (Fumuming because delivery company informed us and left us to sort out!) pretty sure any customers of the company i work for would NOT expect to have to sort out damages of their goods! then were told would be re delivered today (3rd) waited all day, nothing! rang p8sh at 4.30pm told that the delivery company worked untill 9pm oh what a surprise still nothing!
phoned Groupon as i feel they should sort this mess they were quick enough to take our money on 10th April. watch this space!!!!

I've just purchased cube rattan garden furniture from p8sh. Firstly it appears to be plastic and secondly it is giving my entire family and friends electric shocks. I was told it was not the fault of the furniture but the fault lay with me. Staff were rude and uninterested and when I informed them I would go through small claims procedure the reply was....."you do that"

Just tell them you want to return it. All Internet purchases can be returned without a reason by law within 7 days.

Don't do it.

I ordered the furniture in March and it didn't turn up on the delivery date, they didn't even call, I had to phone them to chase the delivery and that's when I got told it wasn't coming. It was then rescheduled for delivery today and exactly thing happened after P8sh confirming on Friday it would definitely be coming. They also can't guarantee the same thing won't happen again so I've given up, I can't continue to take time off work for a delivery which probably won't turn up.

I received my table and chairs ok but one of the chairs was damaged so i contacted them and after sending them a photo they said they would send me a replacement which was great. A couple of days later i received a package but instead of a chair it was just the cushion! Since then have sent 4 emails of which they have not responded and have tried calling several times and just kept on hold and then eventually i am disconnected. Same thing happens after 4 phone calls! NOT HAPPY but will not let this drop...will get my chair if it is the last thing i do but i woudl advise people after my experience and seeing the other comments on here dont order from this company!!!

I ordered mine off groupon beginning of last week, 7 working days is up tomorrow and I've still not heard anything about delivery, getting the same problems as cabbie re the phone calls, i contact Groupon for them to tell me that they'd had a few complaints about the calls and they were contacting P8sh about that and to await an update. I'll let you know if the furniture comes tomorrow (although not holding out given the comments above and the fact the groupon lady told me not to hold out much hope as there was no tracking info available....watch this space
