Unable to redeem a Groupon voucher

Having purchased a Groupon voucher on 26th November and tried to redeem it on the 29th November. I was not able to do so. Hence, I emailed [email protected] and did not get a reply until 8th December. However, the voucher needed to be redeemed by the 4th December. I have tried to contact Groupon and the purchasing company, but have had no success. Does anyone have any answers to this?
