good maybe the service department can be made better and get back to quality work without raping the customer. and the sales staff to not be like the chevy dealer next door.
i have owned several bmws. i expect and deserve to be treated as someone who appreciates and can afford a fine luxury automobile. not like someone just off the boat and treated like crap.
no matter the distance and inconvience i have been taking my bmw service and purchases to another bmw dealer for the past several years. i have avoided tate like the plague, but under new management i will give them one chance at redemption.
