Why don't these developers look at the old american enka plant. This could be a great site to redevelop. That site is bound to have contamination from all of the years as a plant site. Someone should get the ball rolling and see if it couldn't be developed. That could create hundreds of jobs and produce even more after it's developed. It could have affordable housing also.
