PHG was just doing it's own research into a hybrid trees for paper/pulp that would actually have the THC in the paper allowing pot heads to only add a minimal amount of weed to get a good buzzzzz!

I thought the story was sad. Some poor pot farmer climbed the tree, tended the crop and the police came along and ruined months of hard work.

Legalize it and and we can all just get along. And get high. And be happy. A little weed will cure all your aches and pains.
