if you pick Walgreens, either CVS or Walgreens will fail and then you will be back at square one. Why would you need to drug stores within a block of each other?
Maybe the greedy tax thinking is why it's so hard to rent space in Redlands.

Same thing here in Ocala,FL! Many out of business, in chapter 11 --especially restaurants.Signs around town space available,going out of business, for sale, not hiring.Unemployment 7.8--Worst times ahead?

This store was originally Harris co.
Gottschalks ran it into the ground
