I do not understand why tax payers should foot the bill for these companies to make money from our dollars. How about they give that money back to the people they "legally" take it from and let a business build itself?
You can bet those businesses will never pay a dime of that money back. Corporate welfare at its finest. People worry about the measly $500 welfare checks given to poor families. They give the impression they would rather see a child starve than give up a luxury at the expense of all the tax payers.
I would rather see my money help a company that will create jobs, not used for corporate bonuses and move said company overseas.
Our tax dollars, corporate welfare, are used in building these companies in 3rd world and slave labor countries.

Seems stupid, in most places that have cell towers/service already also have DSL. What good are towers if the wont reach to the next ridge? Or down in a valley in the rural areas?
