The CEO of frontier got a 77% pay raise and now wants to take the workers pay and benefits. Instead of giving the former frontier workers the same pay as the former verizon workers they want to take what they have worked hard to get. What else is there to tell?

Finally the workers are starting to develop class conciousness! Now all we have to do is continue to apply pressure... The capitalist class is weak, hit them hard! Strike low, be upon them!

Yeah, That's right! Fire them all and let them lose all they have worked for... And then we can have more low paying jobs that force people to supplement their incomes with goverment assistance programs! Brilliant! Your ability to think is really starting to improve, Angie.

thank god for the union to back em! because if you were running the show you would fire them all and the people waiting in line for that job wouldn't be making minimum wage with no benefits. WTH are you thinking?

Only part timers and waiters do not make minimum wage, but aside from that you are on the right path. Firing these people who are striking for better wages, benefits, or to hold onto what they have, is uncalled for. Nothing like adding to the misery of others, creating more of a backlog of people looking for work, rather than jobs looking for people.

If they didnt like the job or wages then quit or maybe the company will get them out of their misery and just fire them.

First off the unions have and create many problems of their own BUT the problem here is NOT the union BUT like VIRTUALLY EVERY AND ALL COMPANIES IN THE US the REAL PROBLEM lies in the CORPORATE MANAGEMENT AND TOP EXECUTIVES and their salaries...raises ...benefits and other perks. This is true of Frontier...APCO virtually every company...the people that either make the product or that provide the services or whatever are put down and kicked down by the USELESS corporate management.Useless corporate management always wants to raise the rates or prices whatever the case AND virtually every time wants to push down or cut the wages or benefits paid to those that actually DO A JOB AND MAKE SERVICE POSSIBLE.

Companies need to start at the top and CUT their USELESS management- CEO'S -presidents-assistants to the presidents...vice prersidents...vice presidents to the vice presidents etc...then rates could remain affordable and the money could be used to expand services...update equipment and provide better service AND most importantly provide decent wages for THOSE THAT ACTUALLY DO THE WORK.This is true of just about every company out there.

All companies look at is the bottom line in order to maintain USELESS top positions. The useless top dogs never get a "cut" never have a "freeze" their little penthouse is NEVER touched.
APCO or American Electric is another prime example...they raised their rates EXCESSIVELY time after time...SERVICE is the worst EVER because the cuts were made at the actual operating level or THOSE THAT DO THE WORK...they let tree trimming and line maintenance go so power is out more and more and out for longer periods-BUT we are paying more and more for something less and less affordable and reliable...BUT the dumfounded presidents...and presidents and vice presidents of the vice presidents just continually increase and they add more and more useless EXECUITIVE positions that have ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE POWER PRODUCT or getting it to the end consumer reliably.
This same is true for Frontier....corporate GREED is an overall problem in America...and it is at Frontier.ANother prime example the banking industry...auto companies etc...companies taking government money to avoid going bankrupt BUT at the same time paying H U G E BONUSES in hundreds of thousands to billions to their "USELESS EXECUITIVES" that created and caused the problems in the first place.

yeah Maggie's 77% pay raise didn't have anything to do with rate hikes!
