Broadband delayed again

The West Virginia Broadband Deployment Council is poised to award millions of dollars to companies so they can provide high-speed Internet service in rural areas that already have it, Frontier Communications executive Dana Waldo said Wednesday.

That is soooooo much BS Mr waldo! Than why are you laying off 90 or so people in WV. Thats where charleston is!!!???????

Bummed you are correct. It is BS. They are laying off all their TEMP employees. Land lines are dropping fast. All you need is a cell phone and cable for real high speed. Frontier is old news, why do you think Verizon got out..LOL Frontier will be gone in 3 years or broke. All they do is begging for more money to make DSL work in rural areas. So now they have switched to hustling satellite to the poor. Thatís a cheap way to get rural areas DSL. Which the promise was HIGH SPEED DSL not satellite. What a joke. All they care about is fatting thier pockets!!!!! Im sure there getting ready to blow more gas, time and effort on there "look at me" Christmas parade. While customers are setting waiting on there service to be fixed
