We can only hope that new management will bring the quality back to FTD as I gave up sending orders through them years ago because they were unreliable.

I ordered roses for my GF as a surprise from FTD paid a fortune for same day delivery. Was just a "I miss you" whim. All day long I called to see if they had been delivered. They never were. I checked with FTD (u have to call 1-800-india) and they kept saying it will be there.
Never got there, then they refuse my refund because they have to find out if Im lying, from the florist. So today I call FTD seems they don't even speak to the florist, they send them a notice. They sent my order to a florist that was closed!!!!
Despite the fact the florist was closed yesterday they still won't process my refund until they get a refund from the florist. It could take 3-5 days or more.
They offered to give me an upgrade and to deliver the flowers on a different day. Now c'mon how often does flowers being delivered a day late go unnoticed. "honest babe i didnt forget our anniversary FTD was late". "congrats on your wedding yesterday". "happy birthday yesterday". "i miss u yesterday"
People do not use FTD, from now on call a local florist!!!
