I used to have United Online; i.e. Net Zero. I had to deal with tech support and customer service in India, which was horrible. Although it was better than the previous ISP, it still provided service I would not have called good. When customers have negative service experiences, sometimes they write to the Chairman or CEO. While many don't answer themselves, they have representatives answer for them. The best Net Zero's reps could do was send scripted responses, never resolving my issues. I was happy to find something else. Then, after I "dumped" them, I continually received letters begging me to come backj to which I either ignored or replied no way. I hope their customer service pertaining to FTD is a lot better than its service on Net Zero.
