NO! This is BS! Unless someone is really sick, they get one day a month to splurge, and in November that day is Thanksgiving.
The lite pumpkin pie made with egg sub, Neufchatel, and fake butter would taste totally disgusting and not worth the effort to make or even taste. Yuk!
I'm going to try it using REAL ingredients. BTW three tablespoons of butter isn't nearly enough to glue together 1-1/2 cups of crumbled cookies.
FYI: All salt is sea salt. Every drop of salt on Earth was deposited when ancient oceans receded. There's no reason to spend more money on sea salt.

I would use curley kale the dark green to put around turkey and add differant kinds of grapes and nuts just for presentation. Also, I would arrange bay leaves in a row - three on each side under turkey breast before baking turkey. After turkey bakes the design of bay leaves showes on turkey breast and makes it really pretty. Anyway hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
