Pilot fired after 'positive' alcohol test seeks reinstatement

A Frontier Airlines pilot who was fired after he took an alcohol test whose results came back positive is trying to get his job back.

Hopefully the courts will not overturn his firing. He needs to maybe get a job in a convience store where you can be drunk all the time and no one will get killed.

I know you love to fly but flying for an airline, any airline is WORK. I'd give you a week maybe two, then the bitching would start. Oh, the LOW pay. I'm away from home to much. If you check the FAA web site (airman certification), it indicates the Pilot in question has had his airman certificates revoked by the agency.
He may get his job back through the union, but the feds aren't going to reissue his airman certificates, therefore no job, no career!

No but he might be able to get a job with the FAA..or the IRS.
