Several injured during equipment malfunction on Denver flight
Frontier Airlines reported that a flight being operated by Republic Airlines landed in Phoenix Wednesday night at 6:04 p.m. when a cart came loose inside the cabin.

Oh that's a bad news. I think they must be careful and try to check the equipment if they are in good condition before taking a flight.
