After racking up 80,000 points with Frontier using mainly my MasterCard via Barcleys Bank I found out that Frontier loves to sell points to the bank, but the banks customers get treated like a bad insurance claim when it comes to redemtion. I did'nt cancel the card because I knew if my account was inactive Frontier would cancel my account. Instead I called the bank and got the annual fee waived. Now I only earn 1 worthless point per $2 in transations. I only use the card when Visa is not accepted at places like Sams Club. I know have a Visa from US Bank paying 1.5% cash back. No more points that are hard to use. As for Frontier, they are the last air line I will book a flight with. It is dishonest to issue points, inflate redemtions, and worse of all allocate almost no seats for rewards. Frontier sold the miles to the bank and the bank awarded them to me. If I where the bank I would be siting in Frontiers office screaming in a British accent the most profane words I could utter. I have been screwed and the bank has lost a customer. I wish I had $1200 dollars cash accumulated via US Bank, but I have 80,000 frontier points. Isnt life wonderful. The wheels of capitalism will churn the bank and the goofs at frontier down the drain.

My wife and I purchased tickets for this winter vacation. My wife can no longer go, so I have decided to take my son along in her place. They wanted me to pay a $50 changer name fee, then a $120 fee for the difference of the ticket, and then another $25 for a third party fee.

The change name fee was understandable, and I knew this was their policy. However,$120 for the cost of flight increase is ridiculous. I all ready have the ticket, therefore I should be held to when I bought the ticket. Especially, when all they have to do is change the first name of the person. Also, I bought my ticket directly from Frontier, and when I talked to the manager about that, she started to back-petal. This company is deceitful and will try to throw on fees, and if you aren't paying attention, they will rip you off.

We also have oodles of miles on Frontier as we use it for our business purchases. Go back and forth to Tampa, Fl about 6 times a year. Wa never had a problem.
Now, after days of trying to book using our early returns mile, I had only an OOPS come on when trying to book on-line. No explanation. Upon calling, I found out that Frontier is no longer flying into Tampa
from Milwaukeee. Period. At another time, I encountered a great operator and got us on a partnered
flight on United and was able to use our miles. And only an hour lay-over in Chicago. We weren't whining when we got the service we deserve for using their card. They're losing lots of customers for this reason!

Just redeemed my Early Returns points in no time reserving 3.5 months in advance. It was easy and I was able to complete the entire process in very little time. Going from East to West and West to East, you can't beat Frontier. Now, if they would only bring ack thos hot chocolate chip cookies..........

SouthWest! Ha, Give me a break! Ya get what ya pay for. Take the BUS is probably safer. More room for me!
