American Airlines union says boarding change causes 'chaos'

Can the managers of this mismanaged mess of a company do anything without having a problem? I don't think so.

Trying new things is bad? The company has lost money for tens years and the future doesn't look any better. The only destinations making money are contracted cities with non-AA employees. Why is that?
