And for shareholders-who have no voting rights-the worst is yet to come with a 1/25 stock split.

The only franchised shares of Fonar are the Class "C" of which Damadian holds 99+%. Shareholders have absoltely no influence of the course this company takes.

Do not sell Dr. Damadian short. He has very successfully over the past 25 years financed his company at the expense of the common shareholders. We are witnessing the start of another such cycle. With the reverse split annpouncement many longs gave up and sold. Then agroup of newbies who did not do adequate DD stepped in and bought. These new shareholders are now ripe for the picking. Either a private placement or death spiral financing is the next move.
