bush is a flipflopper. and a hyopcritical one too. now, his administration is negotiating with iran. agreeing to timelines, and now this.

where are the republican political attack dogs crying "FLIP FLOP! FLIP FLOP! FLIP FLOP!"?

Shame on President Bush for caving in. But then again, what's a couple billion more to the national debt.

Perhaps a special surtax can be levied on the "savers and fiscally responsible".
