FirstMerit on Akron's North Main hit by robber

A man wearing a black stocking hat, a black heavy coat, blue jeans and tan boots robbed the FirstMerit Bank on North Main Street this morning, Akron police said.

SO FREAKIN' WHAT HE WAS BLACK!!! WHAT? WHITES DON'T ROB BANKS OR COMMIT CRIMES??? You guys kill me. No, wait...it's the white men who are caught on camera committing the crimes that REALLY hurt people like being a sexual predator who's showing up at a staged house with beer and condoms and stripping naked because he believes that a 14 year girl that he's been "chatting" with online is about to come downstairs and have sex with his sick azz (there aren't any black men on that show)....oh that's right, those are the types of crimes that white men commit. Furthermore, many of the predators that are featured on To Catch A Predator are the supposed "Grow up, be a man and get a real job, be a real father to your children, pay your real taxes. That's what GOOD PEOPLE DO." type men that you spoke of and yet, they are the most dangerous of all because most of their victims NEVER see it coming. People always assume a black man will commit a crime but they never suspect a do-good white school teacher or attorney right? Those are the very men who always turn up on this show. The crimes that many whites commit are what's known as "white collar" crimes and they just steal from us in a different, smarter way...our current president is an example of that type of criminal. The whole country is suffering because the higher ups have their hands in everyone's pockets and are taking bribes and other favors from big businesses...is that not theft? Theft doesn't always constitute a black man robbing a bank in Akron for chump change...it goes much deeper than that. Racists just don't have the intelligence to see beyond what the local rag newspaper and media tells them to think and believe.

What about the two men who followed my sister a few weeks ago by Rolling Acres Mall. She was on her way home from the hospital.

They followed her for over ten miles. Speeding, Running red lights, passing cars on the double yellow, all while my 9 year old nephew was in the back seat.

Do you think they just wanted to know where she got her fancy rims at 12:30 AM? I can almost guarantee you that this was yet another Gang related incident.

I'm having a hard time following what side you are on, but crimes like rape and murder come in all shades and colors. It's not just a white thing!

OH and BTW, the two men, they were black!
