Good to hear. There are only a few branches in Columbus, and they all seem to be clustered in the NW/Dublin area of town. Maybe FM will finally ramp up their ATM network as well? Sometimes you just need cash, but you shouldn't have to pay tax to another bank to get it.

Try working for them, not a very good company to work for, at least in the Contact Center. They need new management up there

Thank you FirstMerit. I am so glad to hear that you are expanding. It's amazing how you have the money to do that since you had to get rid of employees who were desperately needed. Oh yeah, that's right, you made the money to expand by the 1 million dollars you saved in job cuts in February. I also want to thank you because now my child who has a pre-existing condition is not able to obtain health coverage. You know, there is nothing like gloating about your 10.5 billion company. I hope you all can sleep well at night because I don't anymore. One trip to the er with my child and we will lose everything. Thanks to you for thinking of the families you hurt with your NECESSARY job cuts - only to turn around and expand!

Yeah, and the people who are still there better not get too comfortable because you never know who's on the list for the next round of cuts. They've got to pay for this expansion some kind of way and when they see that it cost more than they budgeted for, then they'll have to make more cuts. Make sure you're prepared for when the ax drops.
