Judge rules insurance firms don't need to protect Flexsteel
Two insurance companies will not have to provide coverage on claims Flexsteel Industries polluted air and drinking water near Elkhart, Ind., the Telegraph Herald reported.

Unless the insurance policy specifically had a clause covering this type of harm, it's reasonable for them to claim no liability. I just hope the folks in Indiana do get a fair settlement if their water was polluted.
