We definitely wish to "Opt Out" of the Smart Meter, Smart Grid program. This article fails to tell us How to opt out. It would be beneficial if you would give us that information. Who do we call? Must we put it in writing? Are their forms that must be completed? Just HOW DO YOU OPT OUT in Charlotte County, Fl?

The energy saver program just shut off the cooling to our a/c for 10 hours & our temp in house has been 84 degrees for 9 hours now! Who do I complain to?
