simple...fatigue rules were over ridden by your friendly lobbyists from the air cargo companies...I got a feeling the UPS guys fell asleep at the wheel. guess what folks ...corporation lobbyists who buy congressmen now set safety standards...being the scum that they are- they care about nothing but corporate profits so they can buy more congress and more votes. low life slugs.
