Double edged sword here. Fine the plant, cause them to install upgrades worth millions. Cut backs in labor to be expected. Rate hikes will follow. Does a tax hike fit into the picture?

Ignore the problem and billions of fishies die.

Ya know, this makes me angry!

It's all about the poor little fish!

Let me tell you something about fish, ALL fish are criminals, they steal food from all other fish and not one is innocent!

Fish are committing murders at records rates!

I am personally boycotting fish, I hope the rest of wake up!
