(But not everyone is basking in the lower price of natural gas. Five central Ohio suburbs -- Bexley, Dublin, Gahanna, Grandview Heights and Upper Arlington -- formed a consortium for participating residents to lock in prices. However, they locked in at prices that are now looking high -- more than TWICE the current market.)
