Penelec and Allegheny Power agreed to freeze distribution rates through October 2012 as part of a merger agreement between their parent companies.

This is gonna get ugly. And there isn't nothing we can do about it. I can't wait to see my electric bill after the start of the New Year.

The circle continues....use less electric and watch your rates go up because you use less and the supplier receives less profits.
