Full story: Public Opinion

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I have FirstEnergy/Penelec now, and had Alleghany in the past. Alleghany is TERRIBLE to work with!!! Penelec is much better. More friendly, more reliable, and much more organized with their records. Never had to call Penelec, explain a problem, then have no one know what's going on the next time I call and ask why my problem wasn't remedied. PLEASE don't let Alleghany RUIN Penelec!
