If First Energy had been HONEST and simply said "We're going to raise your rate by 60-cents (or whatever) a month," I doubt that people would have squealed much. However, their SLEEZEBALL approach, charging us a criminally high fee for bulbs that most of us already have was way over the top. They had no justification for the price. A good start would have been to immediately FIRE the person in charge of procurement for being stupid enough to pay an inflated price for the bulbs in the first place. I had just recently bought some of the bulbs at Marc's for a DOLLAR each.
