FirstEnergy changes light bulb plan after consumer backlash

ok unless i am missing something? we are going to be charged for their loss of usage because we will save money ? Hmm i should charge the state for loss of busness what a racket

The program still represents organizational arrogance by FE. Eventually the next really strong storm will show the money is in their execs pockets not in distribution system reliability!
