Fire hits Perry nuclear-power plant | The Columbus Dispatch
#1 Mar 29, 2010
WOW, a "Fire hits Perry nuclear power plant".....and not a person was injured or killed and very little damage done by this fire. Great article headline.....suggesting that the nuke plant might have been in danger. Folks should note that in the entire history of the U.S. not one person has every died as a result of a nuclear plant problem--and better yet, not one person has ever been injured because of a nuclear problem. But in the meantime, hundreds have been killed in coal mine "accidents" and thousands more have been injured. Conclusion: Nuclear power is one of the safest there is and we should develop many more nuke plants to create our electiricty. SAFE, EFFICIENT and CLEAN..........that is nuclear power.
