Fedex lost our computer and would not like to compensate our loss, even we had insurance and all other documents to show they lost our item.

any idea to push Fedex?

FedEX lets you declare a value, did you. If so they should pay you for it. Call Fred Smith, he;ll answer your call. He is the man.

Did they really lose it?
Or did you let it set on the front porch so it could grow legs and walk off?
Did you request a signature for the package?
FedEx delivers, that's what they get paid to do. They don't get paid to baby sit you.

FedEx doesn't deliver either, apparently. My story; I was called by FedEx saying that they couldn't get in the locked doors to my apartment complex. Okay, fair enough, so I leave a message saying to call me and i give my phone number. The next day they say the doors are locked again, and the courier does not have a cell phone for work. No cell phone for work? you're fired in my opinion, if you are not willing to call someone to get your job done, because your phone is not for work, go find another job! They're not allowed to leave it at the office, which is understandable, but what i dont understand is how someone cant wait 5 minutes at a door! Besides that, 2 of the 4 doors are permanently unlocked because they're broken. There is no excuse except for pure laziness in my opinion.

drivers have a schedule to keep so your saying that they should take time out of their day to make a special exception for you. screw the other 60 stops he has that day your the one that matters.
Drivers are not suppose to use any personal cell phone for company use.
i could go on but there is no use.
