Sometimes it doesn't absolutely, positively have to be there overnight. Budget-conscious shippers are deciding that their packages and envelopes can take a slower path to their destinations, going by second-day ...

It's interesting that you don't mention the US Postal Service as a lower cost shipping option. They charge less for shipping than the others, and they don't add on any fuel surcharges. That 2 ounce bottle of purfume could ship overnight for as little as $15 with USPS, and around $5 for 2-3 day delivery.

Dear Mr. Postman!
Excuse me have you seen how your packages arrive from USPS!(All damaged I must say!) and are they reliable. I always use FEDEX and they are the most reliable - so I pay a little more, so what. Have you ever tried to track your package through USPS? Well I have and they never know where it is!!
As far as fuel charge - didn't you notice a penny added to the stamp - can you tell me that wasn't for fuel. WOW a stamp cost .42 cents - soon it will be reaching .50 and then you can write and say what that increase was for.
YES to FEDEX - no the USPS. Thanks anyways.

Yes, My first and only choice is FEDEX.The ability to track your package is as easy as turning on your computer. I like the shipment detailed history. USPS is cheap but you suffer with service. UPS is ok but I wish they would slow down in our neighborhood. As for DHL..what a joke. Lost packages, service problems and hell if I'm going to give my money to the Germans!

Absolutely, positively, with no doubt it's FEDEX all the way. I couldn't agree more. USPS is very cheap - can't even track your package. Shipment details as well as customer service should be the first priority and when it comes to that it's FEDEX. As far as giving our money to the GERMANS - the hell with that - no way. I can only say, thanks for at least trying DHL.
