So they make great profits for there stock holders, but who cares about customer service. They have scaled back on the amount of help in there stores, making there store managers work up to 80 hours a week in order to make the store manageable. Why is that? Store managers are salaried at 45 hours a week. They give us a sheet that is used called task base scheduling, but it does not work because the left hand and the right hand do not communicate. If anyone says anything, they could lose there job.??
