Retailers to Recall Lead-Based Jewelry

WASHINGTON -- More than a half-million pieces of Chinese-made children's jewelry contaminated with lead are being recalled, it was announced Wednesday.

It is high time our country begin turning the Chinese cargo ships back to the Chinese ports from once they came!!! Enough of this crap. China has not only tainted the products coming into this country, but they have tainted our economic way of life. The cabinet post for the Department of Commerce should place an embargo on all products shipped by these importers permenantly; ceasing their continued shipments into this country. China continues to violate the WTO treaties on imports into their country. Wake up America stop buying this junk, stop shopping at stories that continue to buy from Chinese importers. Enough is enough!!!!

Why not 'Michaels' and its subsidaries paying? Do they have lobbists in the Product Safety Commission? Government has swelled so much that it is the biggest employer in the U.S. I can not dig up rag weed in my my yard without paying for an 'Enviornmental Impact Study'. Guess I will join the Army!
