I have not problem with profit. It is our life blood. But when you have a possibility of being charged for a service that no sane person would sign up for because of an online quirk that is called "Click fraud". Then I find that BofA is in for a downfall. I was caught up in a telephone tree that would send any sane person to the rubber room. It took me almost a half hour to have this problem, hopefully, resolved. It was like the known AOL phone call to discontue service. I just want companies to do what they are supposed to do and not play the sidelines. Thank you for your time and patience.
