I would think that events in Libya would show that forceful Regime Change pushed from the outside of the Country produces anarchy, which is not good for anyone; and then everybody would substitute the guns with the conference table.

So what? This means more dead Muslims in the end. This is called win-win situation. War in Syria will continue for years. Remember Lebanon war.

Exactly!! History has shown that Western interference in Middle Eastern affairs does not bode well for them. They obviously enjoy perpetually tripping over the same stone.
