There are 4 comments on the www.washingtonpost.com story from Sep 12, 2012, titled NY judge rejects part of terror law that journalists, scholars say posed detention threat. In it, www.washingtonpost.com reports that:

Federal Judge Katherine Forrest in Manhattan said Wednesday the government has softened its position toward the journalists and others who filed a lawsuit against it. But she says the “shifting view” was not enough to erase the threat people could face indefinite military detention for exercising First Amendment rights.
