It's sad. The employees of Ford are the people who worked their butts off this past year to turn this company around and this is the thanks they get-- no raises?! The company's most important asset and this is how the executives treat them. This is poor management. It just might come back to bite them. The talented valuable employees aren't going to hang around once the recession ends. Fords quality will fall apart.
