Being stuck with a useless promise of free oil changes and inspections I called the dealership before it was closed asking if he would do these services t his other dealership in Oakfield and was informed that if his name is not on the building he is not responible.....also in talking to Ford they said it was not their responsibility but they did agree he was representing their product..

I just bought a 2002 dodge stratus from this piece of crap dealer. When we looked at it, there were a few dents on the passanger side. The salesperson said that they would take care of it, as well as the back seat being off the track. Well they delivered the car to me (at my work in amherst which was nice of them), BUT it was dark out and the guy said everything was fixed and that they couldnt work on the dents becasue they closed by the time the car was fixed. So I get into my car to see that the high beams were on. I turned them off and found that my right headlight was out! So the next day I got into my car to notice that the back seat was NOT fixed! I call the manager up and told him about the dents and the back seat. The manager said they dont fix dents! They lied to me! They ended up fixing my backseat. I got the dents appraised and they estimated $700 it would cost to fix! Now yesterday, my car over heated big time. I took it to midas and they said the whole thermostate housing unit is cracked!$334 bucks later. Plus I got an oil change.. because you know that free oil change that was promised fell through. Im calling my lawyer today about a class action suit. If anyone wants to join in email me at landy444@gmail.com

We bought a buick from them .
It had a long scratch on the door panel that they said that they would fix. It only got fixed after about 40 calls in one day. They finally replaced it.

The electronic handle for the rear hatch did not function at all......so we had to takee it back ....They tried charging us for it.

Thats when I lost it and told them to (*&^*&^(*^)(*)( themselves

F that jerk .........I hope they throw away the key.

Oh and my extended warrenty....I called the warrenty company and they want to charge me a deductable for any warrenty work...When it is actually the warrenty company that we paid for the service....I feeel that they should allow me to find another dealer to do the work ....and not charge me for the deductable !!!!!!!

Why th FFFF should the warrenty profit from Mike O's misfortune and mine ....

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against these Cooorks !!!!

He calls himself a saved/born again Christian and, last I knew, he was attending a church called "City Church", of Batavia, NY. I really question his true spirituality if he is serving God the way he should be. On a side note, I used to work for an Italian Restaurant in Rochester, NY. Mike O. and some of his work colleagues and church friends came over for dinner on a Friday evening. I was their server. I found Mike to be very demanding, fake, and phony. He was very rude to me when it came to how his food was to be prepared. He kept on flirting with one of our hostesses to get her to come to church with him. He needs to get a life and get a grip on himself. Mike and his former dealership are in for a rude awakening in the upcoming days. He has no idea what kind of haveck he has caused. God, help him.

I purchased a vehicle only a few weeks before they were closed. I'm frustrated at how many times I called with no response. It didn't matter if it was service or a manager I was calling. It didn't matter what I was calling about even if it was in regard to $10,000 of their money that was over paid (I've since learned they've gotten their money back). Regardless, a return phone call is not only nice - it's expected. On to the vehicle - On the first really hot day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a very loud start (only happens when it's hot and muggy). It also started with an oil leak approx. 1 week after purchasing. Right now the vehicle is in the shop as the entire interior is fludded (presumably from a backed up a/c drain). Oh, did I mention the vehicle had less than 30,000 miles when I purchased it. Good thing the vehicle is still under warrenty. I'm definatly wondering what I've gotten myself into...

AH HAH HA HAHA HA HA HA. Nothing has made me happier than to read this waste of space getting a taste of his own. Loser.

Mike Ognibene is a cheap man! His "Jesus Fish" that he shows in all of his ads is only for show. He isn't a christian. He is a lying, stealing man!

I went to Mike O Ford to get a lock on my truck fixed. They told me that the minimum I would be charged would be $300 plus labor to get it fixed. I took it to a small business mechanic and he fixed it without having to buy any parts and it only cost me the $39.99 labor fee. Mike you were cheating me out of my money!

Consider yourselves lucky, he stuck us for over $1000.00 in repairs to a vehicle that had the engine seize 15 miles after leaving his dealership. I hope he loses the Oakfield Dealership next, before going to prison for a very long time!

The truth will always come out in the end. I dealt with him when I sold him a home. He was a weazel then too. Wanted something for nothing..........I'm sure he won't be missed in Batavia. Wonder if his parents are proud of what they raised?

it's a shame mike had to come to this. he not only dragged himself down, but also the Lord. he would be wise to go on his knees to him now, and ask forgiveness. it's the only way out. i know his parents very well, all my life. they are good people. i'll pray for you mike.

I am pretty po'd too. We bought an Explorer in April, however, I thoroughly checked the car out before we bought it. We went through all of their inventory with car faxes. Then we visually inspected and drove each one. Out of all the 2005s on the lot, we narrowed it down to 5 that passed carfax (wasn't in a flood area, etc). We drove 4 of them and they were crap. The last one (fifth) was the one we bought. We got a good deal on it, but I work in Contracting and am used to dealing with scum. I did make them replace the brakes before we took it. I got proof that the work was done.
Anyway, I find it completely false advertising with oil program. Who really is going to drive 40 minutes one way for an oil change. Gas alone costs more than the oil change will!
I was thinking of doing a small claims suit against him for the amount of the "value" of the oil changes. It's only $15 to file. But I would be interested in a class action suit for breach of contract (it says life of car, not life of dealership), false advertising, fraud.
Anyone interested???
