worst experience ever with EXPEDIA

I would like to place a complaint regarding the horendous trip I took from 30th nov - 2nd dec with my younger sister. We booked through expedia as it was a well known company. However the service and experience was disgusting. Firstly the airport transfer was ment to email me. They didnt. I emailed them 6 times and rang them 3 times, no responce. I then rang expedia twice they contacted the transfer company and said id receive an email. I didnt. I then rang again the lady took my number said she would call the transfer company and call me back. She didnt. This was the day before I flew. I rang the day of travel spoke to a guy who contacted them and confirmed to me they would be waiting for us with a card with my name on it. We got to germany at 10pm and waited and waited. No one came. I rang expedia twice from my mobile from germany costing me another large bil to sort it as was put on hold for a total of about 20/25 minutes (and have phone records to prove this) and was told id need to pay for a transfer myself but it would take them a while to get the money refunded to me. I didnt have much money and getting the taxi took most of my spends. an expedia manager had to call me back it was by then midnight. I had been stood in a country i didnt know with my younger sister who this was a present for as dhe had never been abroad before. We were freezing tired and upset. The taxi then dropped us at the wrong hotel and it took a 20 minute walk to the correct one. When we got to the hotel they gave us 1 bed NOT THE 2 AS BOOKED. When complained at reception was spoken to very rudley and was pretty much told toug by the awful recepitionist . he just shrugged at me after speaking very rudley and said ''oh well there is nothing can do why is it a problem'' The next morning we went out and found we were in a terrible area . When we booked we asked for a nice area where we could wander around. But no. I was pick pocketed and my sister was pushed over. We spent a lot of the time in the hotel and were glad to be leaving. EXCEPT. the message that was left for us with the time of the transfer home was WRONG! We were told 1525. They picked us up at 1440! When we got to the airport finally they had sat me and my younger sister on opposite ends of the plain! It took me half an hour to get anyone to understnd we needed the seats changing. Expedia customer service and orgnisational skills were the WORST I have ever encountered and I travel a lot. I want a refund for this totaly ruined holliday! I have forwarded this to the holiday ombudsman and ATOL and CAA. I will also be taking legal advice. I will also happily post this on any site that advertises expedia as i feel totally deflated and upset that mine and my sisters holliday was so ruined !!!
